Project Manager
Jeff brings more than two decades of architectural experience shaped by a lifelong connection to both construction and the creative arts. A second-generation Boulder native raised in a homebuilding family, Jeff developed an early appreciation for thoughtful design, craftsmanship, and the relationship between buildings, community use, and the surrounding environment. He earned his Bachelor of Environmental Design in Architecture from the University of Colorado Boulder, where his interest in sustainable and responsible development further took shape.
Throughout his career, Jeff has worked with collaborative, design-focused firms where close coordination with clients, consultants, and contractors has been central to successful project delivery. His experience spans a diverse range of project types including custom residential, multifamily housing, mountain resort communities, restaurants, hospitality, municipal facilities, adaptive reuse projects, animal care environments, and technical research facilities.
At Essenza, Jeff contributes to recreation, aquatic, municipal, and community-centered projects that require thoughtful coordination, technical execution, and long-term functionality.
Jeff is particularly valued for his ability to guide projects from early planning and design through construction while balancing creativity, technical execution, and client goals. His background in design-build delivery, BIM coordination, sustainable design practices, and hands-on construction experience allows him to approach projects with both practicality and attention to detail. He enjoys the problem-solving aspect of architecture and values projects that create lasting connections between the built environment and surrounding landscape.
