Melissa Lanning, AIA Associate

Project Manager
Melissa is an experienced Architect who leads clients through pre-planning, design, and construction administration. She works closely with the design teams and keeps clients informed of progress while providing direction to in-house staff. Melissa is responsible for tracking project scope changes and preparing client presentation documents. In addition,
she contributes to quality control by performing construction site visits, answering RFIs, and processing invoices quickly. In 2020, the firm for which she worked recognized Melissa as "ĖœEmerging Firm Leader 2020". During her time at the Philadelphia University College of Architecture and Built Environment, she received the "ĖœSustainability in Architecture:
Faculty Design Award". From scholar to board member, Melissa has been involved with the Christoper Kelly Leadership Development Program, AIA, since 2018.
