Orchard Pool Renovation and Community Center Addition

The Project

The Cherry Creek Vista team approached Essenza Architecture to assess their existing pool facility and prioritize the improvements that fit within their budget. The results called for an addition to the center built at the same level as the pool deck, meeting the goal of minimal stairs and ramps.

A much-needed concessions space and a fully remodeled bathhouse and restrooms provide an improved user experience. Enhancements were made to the landscape, and several new pool amenities were added, among them a drop slide, a toddler slide, and floatables.

New shade structures and new pool finishes give the space a fresh look.
