Orchard Pool Renovation & Community Center Addition

The Cherry Creek Vista team approached Essenza Architecture to assess their existing pool facility and prioritize the improvements that fit within their budget. The results called for an addition to the center built at the same level as the pool deck to meet the goal of minimal stairs and ramps.

A much needed concessions space and a fully remodeled bathhouse and restrooms provide an improved user experience. Enhance- ments were made to the landscape, and several new pool amenities including a drop slide, toddler slide, and floatables, were added. New shade structures and new pool finishes give the space a fresh look.
