This project includes the remodel and revitalization of the existing bathhouse and pool equipment basement, replacing the first- floor bathhouse and the existing wading pool, and adding a new splash pad. The design paid homage to the mid-century modern character found on this site and at the adjacent elementary school. Materials and products were selected for durability, longevity, and cost effectiveness while also providing a new design character.
