This project includes a 2,000 s.f. remodel and 1,800 s.f. addition to the existing Flores Residence. Located on the east side of Lookout Mountain this house has spectacular views of the City of Denver and the plains to the east. The footprint of the house compliments the existing topography and takes full advantage of the views. The new addition includes a new living, dining, kitchen, and master suite on the first floor. In the basement level entry, a new foyer creates a sense of arrival with a grand staircase leading up to the main living spaces. The future basement floor will also include a new theater space, wet bar, fitness room, play room, and guest suite.
