This project included an addition to the existing Indian Peaks Club House. Community-based spaces were expanded to include an enlarged outdoor seating and gathering area and a new access stair down to the courses. Previously,
it was necessary for patrons
leaving the golf course needed to walk around the clubhouse to the front entrance to access the lounge and dining facilities. The new configuration provides an improved user experience with seamless access to the newly gathering
space overlooking the course. Working
conditions for the staff were improved with new office spaces and staff-only restrooms.
