Pin and Tonic

The owners of an acupuncture practice came to us while looking for a new building to house their practice. Before making an offer to purchase this building, they wanted to know if it was possible to renovate this old residential building and create a more modern commercial appearance. They also needed to provide an accessible patient entrance. We provided various conceptual design options to help them envision exterior possibilities. We also created alternate site plans comparing different ways to allow for an accessible entrance by way of either a ramp or elevator.
