This new facility is designed with top-of-the-line LED lighting and US Open-style, deco-turf cushioned courts. With six indoor tennis courts, the design provides a 135-foot-wide mezzanine level for spectator observation of all courts. The welcome center contains a check-in desk, offices, locker rooms, a pro shop, and indoor and outdoor gathering spaces.

The Phase 2 Addition provided three outdoor tennis courts, two paddle courts, and four platform tennis courts. The site is adjacent to a field house and a gymnastics training center, thus creating a sports complex for the Town of Parker. To meet the owner's budget, the Sunward Steel buildings team allowed for a deposit to lock in pricing; this and allowed it to start construction one year later after fundraising was complete.
